Course Overview
This course covers the core security concepts, principles, and technologies required to protect cloud computing environments. Based on cloud service models and the shared responsibility model, students will learn about identity and access management, network security, data protection, application security, security monitoring, and incident response. AWS services and architectures will be used as representative examples, with an emphasis on understanding general cloud security principles.
